What part of your routine do you always try to skip if you can?

To tell the truth, the part of my routine that I always try to skip if I can is getting enough physical exercise. Though I know it is probably the most important thing I do, but sometimes I feel like I will cook up any excuse not to do enough of it. Today was a perfect example.

Today, twice, I walked once around the block, then stopped, even though I could have gone around several times more. It was cold out – this was my excuse that that time.
