Sleep is very important. Sufficient sleep varies per person. It is common knowledge that one should aim for eight hours of sleep per night, but this is only an average of the amount of sleep an average adult needs. For example, I personally need nine to ten hours of sleep per night. Some people only need five to six, but they usually spend weekends catching up.
The quality of sleep is also important. Putting electronics aside for an hour before bed should ensure one’s quality of sleep will be sufficient. Also, engaging in exercise during the day will improve one’s quality of sleep. The more exercise one gets, the better their quality of sleep will be.
