In all aspects of society, minorities are disproportionately discriminated against. Minorities often must do twice the work to receive half the credit. We can fight discrimination by holding those who discriminate accountable to the full extent of the law. If you see or hear something inappropriate, speak up. Imagine how the conversation would go in your head beforehand; plan out what you’re going to say in response next time they say something bad.
