However, fat is not always bad. Your body needs certain amount of fat to function. However, especially in America, food, especially fast food, is notorious for being over-saturated with fat and empty calories. We often enjoy empty calories, making us more prone to overlook the fact that they are bad because they improve the taste of our food.
