Harassment

Sexual harassment should be banned in the workplace. Now, one incident of sexual harassment, even unwelcome touching, is legally permissible. There needs to be a pattern of harassment before legal action can be taken. This is unacceptable, and makes me, a young woman, afraid to go to work.
