In America, if I’m being honest, most of the food is saturated with fat and empty calories. Excess body fat can cause high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, stroke, and a litany of other health problems. One should eat moderately so as not to develop an unhealthy amount of body fat.
Or, you can eat whatever you want and exercise a great deal. Like, running multiple miles every week.
Personally. I prefer the former method. I drink only black coffee until 1pm; I try to do this about every other day. It works; I’m 116 (57.07 kg) pounds now.
My partner prefers the later method. Now, they can literally run 12 miles (19.3 km) at once, and they have lost like 80 lbs (36.3 kg) in the past two years. Talk about impressive.
