In the American workplace, one does not have the right to not be touched on the neck thrice by a man 30+ years older than them. Sexual harassment can occur once without legal repercussions.
The fact that it can happen once without legal action being taken is like saying, “okay, you get to do it once per person, but that’s all.”
This is a big task, but steps need to be taken in order to change this law. Individuals can have a direct impact on this by voting, usually for democrats.
