Another skill I would like to learn is to be able to run further than a few yards. I have been really inspired by someone close to me who’s become a distance runner within about a year. They went from zero to a hundred real quick because they went from being an obese individual to running twelve miles at once.
This inspires me to stay fit, and reminds me of the importance of exercise. “Your body can endure anything you put it through,” they said to me once. This is a vast oversimplification, but the idea is true. Feel free to let me know in the comments what exercises you’ve been doing lately, what struggles you’ve had, and how your body is adjusting!
