A child’s wisdom

Last weekend, I went camping, and we had to call a tow truck driver. A reference was made to “him. Or her,” my friend corrected themself.

“Just say ‘they’”, my friend’s child corrected them.

The child was correct. I was amazed at their wisdom, which had exceeded the wisdom of their parent.
