If someone ever touches you in a way that makes you uncomfortable, you are a victim of sexual assault. Tell the police that you felt UNCOMFORTABLE. If you do not use this specific language, the perpetrator will not be charged no matter what they did (unless they penetrated you. Then, it is rape.)
