Women, why do you force yourselves to be uncomfortable? Bras do nothing to aid health, and society conditioning women to wear bras is a form of control, which can lead to violence against women. The gender equality act of 1964 prohibits gender discrimination in the workplace, and making female employees wear bras without making any men wear bras is discrimination.
I have argued this point at my own job as a reader for the federal government, and my boss admitted to me that I can go braless at work. Ergo, I do. I do not have especially small breasts, but I hold my head high and march through the office regardless. You can do this too. Remind anyone who calls you out of the equality act of 1964.
