What time do you go to bed and wake up currently?
My sleep schedule varies. For example, I went to bed last night at 8:30pm because I work today. I woke up around 5:40am. On other nights, usually weekends, I’m up until 1 or 2am, and I don’t wake up until 10 or 11am.
Sleep is very important. 8 to 10 hours of sleep every night is best for most people. Many people, especially young people, do not prioritize sleep as much as they need to. This is especially dangerous for young drivers, whose decision making is often negatively affected by lack of sleep.
