Urgent need to break tradition

Women. In a world where we no longer have full bodily autonomy, we must begin to stop changing our name upon marriage. It’s patriarchal and dehumanizing, and it contradicts the call for us to have rights. Stop it. Extra work is actually gone through to change a last name, so I’m calling for all women to go through LESS work and keep their name upon marriage.
