I love to exercise. The continuous monotonous movement is relaxing in a way. The endorphins I get when I really get my heart rate up are phenomenal as well. It’s a great coping mechanism too. Exercise is also really good for your heart. Exercise is an activity I enjoy.

This morning, I walked twice around the block in front of my house. My knee twinged a bit, but I didn’t experience any significant pain. This is excellent.
