Delta is like weed but with a much milder effect. Legalizing it was the silver lining of the Trump/Pence presidency. In 2018, Trump signed the Farm Bill, which, among other things, federally legalized Delta 8, a cannabinoid that’s .3% THC. This meant that it was legal everywhere. Yes, finally, I could stop dealing with drug dealers.
