Unpaid labor

Today, I overheard my boss telling her coworker about how her husband will just “pretend to be asleep” whenever their baby wakes up screaming. The knowledge of the unpaid labor occurring really bothered me, but it was none of my business, so I didn’t say anything. But I wanted to say, “Wow, what a shitty husband. You can do better.”
