Stand up for yourself. If a coworker interrupts you, say, “Hey, I wasn’t done talking.” Repeat this until they stop interrupting you.

If a coworker touches you in any way, remember the time and tell your boss. Then rehearse the story of what happened over and over again in your mind, and be sure you tell it the same way to the multiple people who will ask you to describe what happened. Otherwise, they will think you are lying.

Identify inequalities in the workplace and tell your boss. Title VII of the Civil Rights Act prohibits an employer from treating you differently, or less favorably, because of your sex (which is defined to include pregnancy, sexual orientation, and gender identity). This can be as small as signs telling women to “SMILE” in the women’s restroom. I personally brought this to the attention of my boss, who actually had it removed right away.
