“There is no good and evil. There is only power, and those too weak to seek it” -JK Rowling via antagonist Voldemort
Yes it is true that there is no pure good or pure evil. Everything exists in shades of grey. From the loved ones I hurt to have a satiate my loneliness to the homeless twin my ex-best friend brought out of the ghetto and into an apartment building six blocks from mine sophomore year, there is no black and white. Everyone exists in different realities. For some reason, this remains widely unknown.
Both twins are very gay (probably a result of being brutally sexually abused until they were 7?) but only one of them remembered it. Zorykto. Like me, Zoryko chased away the trauma with any mind altering substance he could get his hands on (except heroin) and I fell in love.
Natively Siberian, Zorykto and his brother were both 6’6″ with faces chiseled by angels. With jet black hair and towering cheekbones they would come into my apartment in Madison in the middle of the day and fall asleep in my room.
I came back to Madison after being at my parents’ for christmas in Muskego near Milwaukee. A few days later, Zorykto stole my phone when I was blackout drunk and tried to Venmo himself 1,000 dollars. By then, my roommate Jesse had already moved out because I was such a dangerous roommate. After Zoryg tried to rob me, I moved back in with my parents.
