1. Take the chance. If you don’t, you’ll always wonder what could have been. Why not just do it and find out? This obviously discludes very dangerous things.
2. Get up early. Stress levels drop when we have more time, and early wake-up means better sleep.
3. Enjoy good things in moderation. Ok, so we’ve all heard this one before. But we are oh so forgetful.
